Is the test really free?
Yes. The English level test is free and you can retake it as often as you like — no card and no account needed. It takes most people about 30 minutes. You only pay if you want a certificate, a skill assessment or a practice membership.
How long is a certificate valid?
You choose at checkout: one year, or lifetime with no expiry date. Every certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code, so anyone you send it to can check it online at any time. If a one-year certificate is close to expiring you can extend it or switch it to lifetime from your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If something goes wrong with your certificate or assessment — a name spelled incorrectly, a file that will not open, a result that did not arrive — write to us and we will fix it or refund you. Because the test itself is free, you can see your result before you decide to buy anything.
When do you need an official exam instead?
Some decisions are made by bodies that name the exams they will read: student visas, permanent residence applications, professional registration, and most university admissions. Those processes typically list IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge or a national equivalent, and they will ask for one of those by name. Our certificates are built for CVs, job applications, internal assessment and tracking your own progress — if a form you are filling in names a specific exam, sit that exam.
How long do company credits last?
Credits do not expire. Buy them when it suits your budget and spend them whenever you are ready; an unused credit stays on the account indefinitely.
