The bigger the batch, the lower the rate
Pricing is credit-based and tiered by volume: small packs sit around £11.99 per test and the rate falls towards £8.99 as the pack grows, with no subscription running underneath. You choose any amount from a few tests up to several hundred, and spend the credits whenever a cohort is ready.
For larger orders, you do not have to pay by card. Send us the volume you expect and we can arrange an invoice and bank transfer before the invites go out, so procurement and finance have what they need.

Not every test in a large round needs the same overhead. The platform carries three levels of identity and supervision, so you spend effort where the decision warrants it.
Standard
Unsupervised online testing with identity as declared. The default for large internal benchmarks and first-pass screening, where speed across the whole batch matters most.
ID-Verified
Each candidate's identity is confirmed before their certificate is issued, so a name in a large result set is one you can rely on when the numbers grow.
Proctored
Supervised sessions for the part of a batch that feeds a high-stakes decision, so you can mix assurance levels within a single hiring round.
Every result is verifiable
However large the batch, each passing candidate can receive a certificate that states the CEFR level and carries a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone reviewing the results, in-house or on a client's side, can confirm a level on a public verification page rather than trusting a spreadsheet.

Is there a minimum order for bulk testing?
No fixed minimum. You can buy any number of credits, from a small batch up to several hundred, and top up whenever you need more. Larger packs carry a lower per-test rate.
How do I invite a large group at once?
You can share one link with a whole cohort or send invitations in bulk from your Assessment Center. Each candidate takes the test in a browser, so there is nothing for you to install or for them to register.
Can we pay by invoice and bank transfer?
Yes. Alongside card payment, larger orders can be arranged by invoice and bank transfer. Get in touch with the volume you expect and we will set it up before you send the invites.
Do credits expire?
Credits sit on your account until you use them, so you can buy a pack for a recruitment round and spend the remainder on the next one. You only pay for the tests you actually assign.
Can we export the results?
Yes. Results sit in one dashboard where you can filter by CEFR level and export them, and issue a verifiable certificate for each candidate that a hiring manager or client can confirm online.
