Temas de speaking B1 del MCER: preguntas y respuestas modelo [2026]

En el nivel B1 hablar consiste en manejar temas familiares con respuestas de más de una frase. Ya puedes hablar de ti y de tu entorno; el salto está en dar razones, ejemplos y opiniones para que las respuestas suenen conectadas y no cortadas. Esta guía reúne los temas frecuentes de B1 con preguntas y respuestas modelo de la longitud correcta: suficiente para demostrar que desarrollas una idea, sin llegar a la argumentación abstracta que corresponde a niveles superiores.

Vida diaria y rutina

Can you describe a typical day?

Respuesta modelo: On weekdays I usually get up at seven and start work at nine. In the evening I like to cook dinner and watch something before bed, because it helps me relax after a busy day.

What do you do in your free time?

Respuesta modelo: I enjoy running and reading. I try to go running twice a week, and at the weekend I usually read for an hour or two. I find both of them help me switch off.

Trabajo y estudios

What do you do for work or study?

Respuesta modelo: I work in a small office as an assistant. My job is mostly answering emails and organising meetings. I like it because my colleagues are friendly and there is always something different to do.

Would you like to change your job in the future?

Respuesta modelo: Maybe in a few years. I would like to try something more creative, but for now I am happy where I am because I am still learning a lot.

Ciudad y viajes

Where are you from, and what is it like?

Respuesta modelo: I am from a medium-sized town near the coast. It is quiet but there is enough to do, and I like it because you can reach the beach in ten minutes. The only problem is that it can be boring for young people.

Do you like travelling?

Respuesta modelo: Yes, I love it. Last year I went to Italy with a friend, and it was one of the best holidays I have had. I enjoy trying new food and seeing places I have only read about.

Opiniones y planes

What are your plans for this year?

Respuesta modelo: I want to improve my English and maybe take a short course. I also hope to travel a little more if I can save enough money. Those are my two main goals.

Los tres errores que delatan al hispanohablante en B1

Los temas son fáciles; lo que baja la nota suele ser la interferencia del español.

La edad con have. I have 25 years es la traducción directa de tengo 25 años, y en inglés no significa nada. Se dice I am 25. El verbo cambia.

People is. People es plural en inglés: people are, no people is. En español la gente es singular y el error sale solo.

Falta de sujeto. En español se puede decir es difícil sin sujeto. En inglés hace falta: it is difficult. Omitir el it es una de las marcas más audibles del nivel.

Cómo practicar

Lee cada pregunta y responde en voz alta antes de mirar el modelo. Apunta a dos o cuatro frases: la respuesta, y después una razón o un ejemplo. Grabarte y escucharte es la forma más rápida de oír si estás conectando las ideas o parándote demasiado pronto.
